Refund policy

7-Day Unconditional Return

All products purchased from Frakio are eligible for a 7-day unconditional return. From the day after delivery confirmation (calculated as the next calendar day after logistics show the item as delivered), you may apply for a return within 7 calendar days, provided the product remains in its original condition.

"Original Condition" means:

• The product, accessories, and packaging are intact and suitable for resale.
• Opening the package for inspection or reasonable testing is allowed.
• Products showing significant signs of use, stains, scratches, or missing parts are not eligible.

Shipping:

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Feel free to use the most economical shipping method.

Exchanges

If you receive a product with an issue and need an exchange, please email us for the return address. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will arrange a replacement shipment after receiving and verifying the returned item.

Refund Timeline

Once our warehouse receives and verifies the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Actual arrival time depends on your bank or payment provider.
